Location
Cottages are facing the beautiful and largest backwater, “Lake Vembanad” in Kumarakom Village, Kerala State. “Relax In Nature’s Luxury” during all seasons including the rainy season. Experience Sunset, during the rainy season, rain coming from the faraway and maximum breadth and length of beautiful Lake Vembanad is a unique scenery from Cottages. There is no sound or air pollution. A gentle breeze with enhanced oxygen content and purity of air will rejuvenate, tensions and strains will be relieved by staying at this cottage.

Bedrooms
This Cottage has two interconnected, but independent AC bedrooms, with basic comforts and moderately furnished to suit basic requirements. The main bedroom is a larger one with 175 Sq. Feet, facing Lake Vembanad. The second bedroom is smaller with 135 Sq. Feet and not facing the lake. Main bedroom has 2 Single Coats (Each coat have 3 feet breadth and 6.5 feet length) and second bedroom have a coat with 5 feet breadth and 6.5 feet length. Each bedroom have cupboard, air conditioner, fan, attached bathroom with hot and cold water, shower, European closet and Cable TV. Bedrooms have separate entrances and are also interconnected through the middle door which can also be locked from both sides. This is a better cottage for the guests who are coming with their children and old aged people.

Sit Out / Porch of bedrooms of Cottage
The Sit out and part of the premises are covered on the top, for giving more comfort, especially during the rainy season.Main bedroom has a larger sit-out facing directly Lake Vembanad, the area of this sit out is 100 Sq. Feet, It has 4 easy chairs, a teapoy and a fan.The second bedroom’s sit out is only 50Sq. Feet, and from there a partial view of the lake is visible. It has two easy chairs and a Teapoy.

Premises
There will be a dining table just in-front of the cottage, food and beverages will be served there itself. Clean and tidy Premises for around 500 Sq. feet, right in front of the cottage, up to Lake Vembanad. Lawn with buffalo grass and concrete Path up to the edge of Vembanad Lake. You can have daily walking and exercise, just in front of your cottage in a very comfortable atmosphere.

Restaurant & Lakeside Dining
There will be a dining table just in-front of the cottage on the bank of Lake Vembanad, food and beverages will be served there itself. A safe place for having food and beverages, by keeping Social Distance, just in front of your Cottage. You can order the food and beverages by referring to the Menu Card, in advance. There will be 5% Tax as extra to the total of Food & Beverages bill.

Safe & Fresh Food & Beverages
Food is slightly costlier than ordinary restaurants why ? We do prepare the food only as per the order in advance, we provide food only for our inhouse guests. We never prepare the food in bulk quantity, keep it in deep freezers and serve it, later placing it in microwave oven, that is we only serve safe and fresh food. We don’t use Ajinomoto, tastemakers, chemicals or colour in the food, in fact we serve only safe food like home made food. Moreover we use our farm grown vegetables for cooking, minimum 2 to 3 dishes, generally will be from our farm. You can definitely experience local safe and fresh vegetable dishes from our restaurant. Therefore our food is little more costlier than an ordinary restaurant.

Check In & Check Out
Check In time starts from 1 Pm in the afternoon and Check Out time is before 11 Am in the morning, on the next day. Maximum hours of stay will be up to 22 hours only.

If You Check In Early, Then Check Out Should Be Early
If we have availability, we allow early check in, then the check out should be early, that is before 22 hours.

Cruising in Shikara, Houseboat & Speed Boat
Shikara Boat, Morning or Sunset cruising for 2 hours Rs1700. Cruising in a Houseboat for 5 hours Rs 7500, Welcome drink, Lunch & Evening Snacks per person Rs 500. Speed Boat for 1 Hour Rs 2500.

Parking Space
Free Private and Safe Parking Facility Is Possible On Site (Reservation Is Not Needed) There is enough car parking facility for up to 40 cars.

Power and Solar Power
We have a 100 KVA Transformer on our property for meeting our power requirements. We also have a 40 KVA Diesel Cummins Generator for the backup. We have 5 KV Solar Panel (TATA) as further back up for running the fans and lights and 6 Solar Powered Water Heaters (V Guard) with back up, which gives hot water to all the guests.

Waste Management
We have a Biogas Plant to manage our entire food waste, Vermicompost and EM Compost manages regular waste of our property. Therefore, our property is clean and tidy.

Medical Help & Assistance
We arrange, if there is a requirement for medical help to any of our guests, during their stay with us.

Location
This Villa is located 30 meters away from the beautiful and largest backwater, “Lake Vembanad” in Kumarakom Village, Kerala State. This Villa is facing the Walkers Path and greeneries, you can also have a partial view of Lake Vembanad from the sit-out of the Villa. Lake Vembanad is accessible by walking up to the bank of the Lake. There is no sound or air pollution.

Two AC Bedrooms (But one bathroom)
It has two AC bedrooms, has basic comforts, and is moderately furnished to suit basic requirements. The first bedroom is small, the area of the bedroom is 100 Sq.Feet and has one double coat (5 Feet breadth & 6.5 feet Length), AC, fan, table and a chair. The Second bedroom is bigger, the area is 185 Sq. Feet., and have 2 Single Coats (Each coat have 3 feet breadth & 6.5 feet length) AC, fan, attached bathroom with hot and normal water, shower, European closet & Cable TV. Bedrooms have only one entrance and are interconnected through a door that can also be locked from both sides.

Sit Out / Porch
There is a Porch to experience fresh air from Lake Vembanad,the area of the porch is 100 Sq. feet, which have 4 easy chairs, Teapoy & fan. The main view is towards the greenery and walkers’ path, but you can have a partial view of Lake Vembanad. The Sit out and part of the premises are covered on the top, for giving you more comfort, especially during the rainy season.

There will be a dining table just in-front of the Villa, food and beverages will be served there itself. Clean and tidy Premises right in front of the Villa. You can have daily walking and exercise in front of the Villa through the footpath.
