1) Can use around 350 Sq. Feet of Premises up to Lake Side, in front of Lake Facing Villa No 105.
2) Can Occupy Lake Facing Sunset View Family Villa.
3) Check-in from 12 Noon onwards: Check Out Up to 7 Pm, can be extended up to 9 Pm, as per the availability, with prior permission, from the management.

Activities Included

Relax in the pollution-free environment, at the bank of Lake Vembanad in Kumarakom. Fishing from the Lake by using a Fishing Rod, Table Tennis, Shuttle Court, Basket Ball Court & walking through a Walker’s Path through our Vegetation.

Add On

1) Food and Beverages as per our Menu Card as given below, you should Provide us with the order for your food, a minimum 3 hours before the time that you require, food to be served.
2) We arrange, Shikara Boat, Houseboat Cruising & Speed Boat from this property or other nearby places as per the availability.

Before your check-in
You Should Provide a valid and original Govt approved photo identity card with address proof, of all the members of your group, including children, who are going to check-in. Identification proofs accepted are original, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voters Card, & Passport. You should also provide the mobile/contact numbers of all your group members.

Food & beverages From Outside
Please don’t bring food and beverages from outside.

Visitors are not allowed
This Property is exclusively for those booked in advance and registered according to our office record. Therefore, we will never allow Visitors to come to the area allocated to the Day Guests or other guests.

Consumption of Alcohol
We don’t allow the consumption of Alcohol in open and public areas on our Property.

Smoking
Please don’t smoke in bedrooms, open and public places.

DJ Parties, Drinks Parties, Loud Music, Crackers and Fireworks, and any other activities that create Sound Pollution and air Pollution and disturb other guests, our staff, and the neighbors are not allowed.

*We don’t use Ajinomoto, tastemakers, chemicals, or colours in the food, in fact, we serve only safe food like homemade food.
*Don’t use used oil for cooking.
*We make Turmeric Powder, Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Masalas and spices, Coconut Oil, Pickles, Dried Vegetables Etc in our property under our supervision, for our Cooking Purposes.
*We use farm-grown vegetables for cooking, a minimum of 2 to 3 dishes, generally from our Organic farm.
*We make fresh juices by using our products from the Organic Farm.
*In short, our food is Safe, Healthy, and Fresh.

*Fishing is also possible (Please bring your fishing rod & bait) but the fish that you may catch, should be released back to the Lake to create awareness for preserving nature.
*Walkers Path for Walking and experiencing the whole property.
*Organic Farming, Vegetation, and fruit trees.
*Basic facilities for Swimming, in the lake, from the Bathing Ghat, if you know how to swim, but, after getting permission and obeying the instructions of the Office Manager and wearing a Life Jacket, that also, at Your Own Risk. Please don’t allow the children or anybody to pluck or take any fruits, or vegetables, spoil, or disturb anything on the property.

Cruising in Shikara, Houseboat & Speed Boat
We can arrange in advance, Shikara Boat, Morning or Sunset cruising for 2 hours Rs 3,000. Cruising in a Houseboat for 5 hours Rs 7500, Welcome drink, Lunch & Evening Snacks per person Rs 500. Speed Boat for 1 Hour Rs 2750. You can board into the above boats, from this property itself, or other places within 8 kilometers, as per the availability.

Rules & Regulations
*This is a day package only, between 11 Am to 7 P.m.
*We cannot extend the day package time beyond 7 Pm
*All the persons should provide us the valid and government-approved ID cards with address proof, preferably Aadhar Card, Driving License, Election ID, or your passport, for us to have a copy of your ID card and also the contact mobile numbers of all the guests.
*We don’t allow you to bring any form of food, bottled water, or any form of soft drinks from outside.
*We don’t allow, the consumption of alcohol and smoking at at Lakeside Premises and also on other premises on the property.

Please Note
Please occupy only the place that we allot for you or your group, you should also co-operate to safeguard the privacy and peace of mind of other Guests, who are staying on the property.
