Facilities of the Cottage:
The Lake-Facing Sunset View Cottage is just 10 meters away from Lake Vembanad in Kumarakom. It comprises two adjacent cottages within a single building. Each cottage is designed to accommodate two Persons and features an air-conditioned bedroom with an area of 135 square feet, and has an attached bathroom with hot and cold water. The cottage has two single beds (Dimensions: each bed is 3 feet x 6.5 feet), a TV, an Electric Kettle and a small private Sitting area/Porch, with wifi facility.
Unique Features:
The Main attraction of this Cottage is that it has a sit-out (Porch) that faces the lake. The bedroom has a Sit-out measuring 50 Sq. Feet with 2 Easy Chairs and a Fan, offering picturesque views of Lake Vembanad during the day and night. There is an open Premise just in front of the cottage, extending to the lake. Relax in Nature’s Luxury during all seasons… experience the Sunset, and also the marvellous scenery of drifting Houseboats, Motorboats, Fishermen’s Boats, and Speedboats.

The Superior Cottage is 10 meters from Lake Vembanad. It features an air-conditioned bedroom with an area of 175 square feet. Includes a Fan, two single cots (3 feet x 6.5 feet), an attached bathroom with hot and cold water, a TV, an Electric Kettle and a spacious private sit-out, Wifi facility. (Note: Only the primary front bedroom is included in this scope, not the rear interconnected room).
