Tariff for up to 27 Persons Rs 42,560 Per day, including GST.
Extra Person’s tariff is Rs 1064 Per Person. Period: 2024—25 (Excluding 14th December To 12^th January)

 

Check-In & Check Out
Check-In time starts from 1 pm in the afternoon and Check Out time is before 11 Am in the morning, on the next day. Maximum hours of stay will be up to 22 hours only.

*Fishing is possible (Please bring your fishing rod & bait) but the fish that you may catch, should be released back to the Lake to create awareness for preserving nature.
*Pollution-free approach road for around 150 meters, for walking outside the property just for a change.
*Swim in the lake with a life jacket as per the instruction of the Manager and at their own risk.
*Experience Small Stingless Honeybee, with a prior appointment and can buy Honey from the Honeybee Farmers. 

 

Cruising in Shikara, Houseboat & Speed Boat
*Shikara Boat, Morning or Sunset Cruising.
*Cruising in a Houseboat for 5 to 8 hours, with a welcome drink, lunch & evening snacks.
*Speed Boat
*Cruising is possible, from just in front of the Property or from any other places, in and around Kumarakom as per the availability. 

 

 Safe & Fresh Food & Beverages
*We don’t use Ajinomoto, tastemakers, chemicals, or colours in the food, in fact, we serve only safe food like homemade food.
*We make Turmeric Powder, Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Masalas & Spices, Coconut Oil, Pickles, Dried Vegetables Etc in our property for our Cooking Purposes.
*We use farm-grown vegetables for cooking, a minimum of 2 to 3 dishes, generally will be from our Organic farm.
*We make fresh juices by using our own products from the Organic Farm.

Category 1)
Lake facing Sunset View Independent AC Villa, 10 Meters away from Lake Vembanad with AC Bedroom, attached bathroom and sit-out to view the Lake and have an open independent premise, around 500 Sq. Feet, up to the bank of the Lake for leisure walking, fishing boat cruising, etc. There is a bath ghat just in front of the villa, which is the facility to enter a speedboat for cruising.

Villa No: 105 (Total One Number) Have 2 Single coats in the main bedroom, (Size of each Coat 3 feet X 6.5 Feet). The Area of the Room is 175 Sq. It also has a pocket Room (60 Sq. Feet) there is one coat in this small Room (Size of the coat 3 feet X 6.25 Feet) This Villa is suitable for up to 3 Persons. Tariff @ Rs 4,000 + GST 12% Rs 4,480

Add an Extra Person in the main bedroom @ Rs950 + GST 12% = Rs1064. Therefore, the total tariff in this category is Rs 5,544

Lake facing Sunset View AC Cottage, 10 Meters away from Lake Vembanad with AC Bedroom, attached bathroom, and sit-out to view the Lake and have an open premise, around 500 sq. Feet, up to the bank of the Lake for leisure walking, fishing boat cruising, etc.

Cottage Nos: 106 & 107(Total 2 Numbers) Have 2 Single coats in each Room, (Size of each Coat 3 feet X 6.5 Feet) for up to a total of 4 Persons, Area of each Room is 135 Sq. feet.) Tariff @ Rs 3,000 + GST 12% Rs 3,360 x 2 Numbers x 1 Day, Rs 6,720.

 

Category 3)
Lake facing Sunset View Superior AC Cottage,10 meters away from Lake Vembanad with AC bedroom, attached bathroom, spacious sit-out to view the Lake, and open Premise, around 500 sq. Feet each, up to the bank of the Lake for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising, etc.

Cottage Nos: 108,109,110 & 111 (4 Numbers) Have 2 Single coats in each Room (Size of each Coat 3 feet X 6.5 Feet) for up to a total of 8 Persons, The Area of each Room is 135 Sq. feet.) Tariff @ Rs 4,000 + GST 12% Rs 4,480 x 4 Numbers x 1 Day, Rs 17,920.

Add Extra Person in each Room @ Rs 950 + GST 12% = Rs1064 X 4 Persons = Rs 4,256. Therefore, the total tariff in this category is Rs 22,176

 

Category 4)
Lakeside AC Room, 20 Meters away from Lake Vembanad with  AC bedroom, attached bathroom, and a Sit-out to view the partial view of the Lake and have an open premise up to the bank of the Lake for leisure walking, fishing boat cruising, etc. This Room is an interconnected bedroom, but independent one and is located at the backside of the Lake facing Superior Cottage.

Room Nos: 208,209,210 & 211 (4 Numbers) Have 2 Single coats in each Room, (Size of each Coat 3 feet X 6.5 Feet) for up to a total of 8 Persons, The Area of each Room is 135 Sq. feet.) Tariff @ Rs 2500 + GST 12% Rs 2,800 x 4 Numbers x 1 Day, Rs 11,200.

We don’t propose an extra person in this bedroom as the Room size is only 135 sq. feet.

 

Category 5)
Lakeside AC Villa: 25 Meters away from Lake Vembanad with 2 AC Bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious Sit-out to view the footpath, vegetation, and a partial view of the lake. Bank of the Lake is very close, for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising, etc.

Villa No: 112 (Total One Number) Have 2 Single coats in the first bedroom, (Size of each Coat 3 feet X 6.5 Feet). The Area of the first bedroom is 110 Sq.Feet. The second bedroom is the Main Bedroom, and the bathroom is attached to this main bedroom. The size of the bedroom is 180 Sq. Feet, It also has 2 Single coats (Size of each Coat 3 feet X 6.5 Feet) This Villa is suitable for up to 4 Persons. Tariff @ Rs 4,000 + GST 12% Rs 4,480

Standard AC Rooms 70 Meters away from Lake Vembanad Have AC Bedroom, attached bathroom, and a sit-out to view the footpath/ vegetation/ basketball court/shuttle court & activity hall. Bank of the Lake is at walkable distance only, for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising etc.

Room Nos: 116,117,118 & 119 (4 Numbers) Have Queen Size coat in each Room, (The size of each Coat is 5 feet X 6.5 Feet) for up to a total 2 Persons in each room, The Area of each Room is 125 Sq. feet.) A total of 8 persons can be accommodated in 4 Standard AC Rooms. Tariff @ Rs 2500 + GST 12% Rs 2,800 x 4 Numbers x 1 Day Rs 11,200.

We have a safe parking facility for up to 40 Cars on our Premises.

 

KSEB Power, Generator, and Solar Power
We have a 100 KVA Transformer on our property to meet our power requirements. We also have a 40 KVA Diesel Cummins Generator for the backup. We have 5 KV Solar panels (TATA) as a further backup for running the fans and lights and 6 Solar Powered Water Heaters (V Guard) with backup, which gives hot water to all the guests.

 

 Waste Management
We have a Biogas Plant and other methods to manage our entire food waste, on our property itself, Vermicompost and EM Compost manage other regular waste on our property. Therefore, our property is clean, tidy & green.
