Tariff for up to 27 Persons Rs 42,560 Per day, including GST.
Extra Person’s tariff Rs 1064 Per Person.

Check In & Check Out
Check In time starts from 1 Pm in the afternoon and Check Out time is before 11 Am in the morning, on the next day. Maximum hours of stay will be up to 22 hours only.

If You Check In Early, Then Check Out Should Be Early
If we have availability, we allow early check in, then the check-out should be early, that is before 22 hours.

*Pollution free approach road for around 150 meters, for walking outside the property just for a change.
*Swim in the lake with a life jacket and as per the instruction of the Manager and at their own risk.
*Experience Small Stingless Honeybee, with prior appointment and can buy Honey from the Honeybee Farmers. 

Cruising in Shikara, Houseboat & Speed Boat
*Shikara Boat, Morning or Sunset Cruising.
*Cruising in a Houseboat for 5 to 8 hours, with a welcome drink, lunch & evening snacks.
*Speed Boat
*Cruising is possible, from just in front of the Property or from any other places, in and around Kumarakom as per the availability. 

Restaurant & Lakeside Dining
*There will be a dining table just in-front of the cottage on the bank of Lake Vembanad, food and beverages will be served there itself.
*You can order the food and beverages by referring to the Menu Card, in advance.

 Safe & Fresh Food & Beverages
*We don’t use Ajinomoto, tastemakers, chemicals, or colours in the food, in fact we serve only safe food like homemade food.
*We make Turmeric Powder, Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Masalas & Spices, Coconut Oil, Pickles, Dried Vegetables Etc in our property for our Cooking Purposes.
*We use farm grown vegetables for cooking, minimum 2 to 3 dishes, generally will be from our Organic farm.
*We make fresh juices by using our own products from the Organic Farm.

Power and Solar Power
*We have a 100 KVA Transformer on our property for meeting our power requirements.
*We also have a 40 KVA Diesel Cummins Generator for the backup.
*We have a 5 KV Solar Panel (TATA) as further back up for running the fans and lights.
*6 Solar Powered Water Heaters (V Guard) with back up, which gives hot water to all the Cottages & Rooms.

Waste Management
*We have a Biogas Plant to manage our entire food waste.
*Vermicompost and EM Compost manage regular waste of our property.
*We hand over the plastic wastes to Haritha Karma Sena on a bio monthly basis, which is managed by Kumarakom Panchayat and Kumarakom Panchayat handed over the plastics to Clean Kerala Mission at Neendoor.

Medical Assistance
We arrange, if there is a requirement for medical assistance to guests.

Please Note:
It’s not a luxury Property nor do we have a swimming pool, but a nature friendly property with the accommodation facilities, which suits the basic requirements of the guests.

The charges of the food are slightly higher than an ordinary restaurant, because of the following reasons.
*We do prepare the food only as per your order and never prepare in bulk quantity.
*We never make the food or any ingredients of the food in advance and keep it in a deep freezer and serve it, after keeping it in a Microwave oven.
*We never use ajinomoto or any kind of taste makers, chemicals, colour etc. for the preparation of the food.
*We don’t use used oil for cooking.
*In short, our food is safe, healthy and fresh.
