*Wifi Facility is available @ Rs 50 for 2 persons, Rs 100 for the the group up to 10 members & Rs200 for more than 10 Persons.

*We don’t use ajinomoto or any kind of tasty makers, chemicals, colour etc. for the preparation of food.

*Free, private and safe parking of your vehicles, within the premises of the property.
*Basic facilities for Swimming, in the lake, from the Bathing Ghat, if you know swimming, but, after getting the permission and obeying the instruction of the Office Manager, by wearing a Life Jacket, that also, at Your Own Risk.

*Facilities of Basketball Court, Shuttle Court, Table Tennis & Caroms & Chess & Relax at the Open Hall ( Paid Activities)
*Fishing is also possible (Please bring your fishing rod & bait) but the fish that you may catch, should be released back to the Lake to create awareness for preserving nature.
*Walkers Path for Walking and experience the whole property.
*Organic Farming, Vegetation and fruit trees.
Please don’t allow the children or anybody to pluck or take any fruits or disturb anything in the property.
Cruising in Shikara, Houseboat & Speed Boat
We can arrange in advance, Shikara Boat, Morning or Sunset cruising for 2 hours Rs1700. Cruising in a Houseboat for 5 hours Rs 7500, Welcome drink, Lunch & Evening Snacks per person Rs 500. Speed Boat for 1 Hour Rs 2500. You can board into above boats, from this property itself, or from other places within 8 kilometres, as per the availability.
Rules & Regulations
*This is a day package only, for maximum up to 4 Hours, in between 9 Am to 7 Pm.
*We cannot extend the day package time beyond 7 Pm
*All the persons should provide us the valid and legal ID card with address proof, preferably Aadhar Card or Driving License or Election ID, for us to have copy of your ID card and also the contact mobile numbers of all the guests
*We don’t allow to bring liquor, any form of food and bottled drinks from outside.
*We will not allow consumption of any form of alcoholic drinks, or substances and smoking in our public and open places.
Please do occupy only the place that we allot for you or for your group, by safeguarding the privacy of other Guests, who are already occupied.
