Location
Rooms are located 90 meters away from the beautiful Lake Vembanad in Kumarakom Village. The sit out/porch of the room is facing the Walkers Path/Shuttle court/Basketball court/Vegetation.

Bedroom
Small bedroom with basic facilities to suit basic requirements, the area of the room is 125 Sq. feet. This Room has AC, fan, TV, 2 single coats or a queen-size coat, cupboard, attached bathroom with hot and normal water, shower and European closet.

Sit Out / Porch
There is a Porch to relax outside and have fresh air, the area of the porch is 60 to 250 Sq. feet, which have 2 easy chairs and a Teapoy or Table. The sit-out is facing the Walkers Path/Shuttle court/Basketball court/Vegetation.

We have total 6, Basic AC Rooms, but these are not facing the Lake and it’s around 80 meters away from Lake Vembanaad. It’s, 4 Rooms in a Building, that is, 2 Rooms on each side of a tiled building. There are 2 more Rooms in another concrete building, those are further 40 meters away from the above tiled building.

Each room is for up to 2 Persons only, bedroom’s space is limited to put extra beds as each AC bedrooms have bedroom’s area is only 100Sq. Feet. Each bedrooms have attached bathroom with normal and hot water, small Sitout to view, Walkers path/Shuttle Court/Vegetation. WIFI facility and TV. Lake Vembanaad is accessible for Relaxation, Morning Walk and for dining with prior permission from the Office Manager.

Family Villa, Two AC Bedrooms & One Bathroom For 4 Persons (35 Meters Away From Lake Vembanad)

Tariff
Tariff Rs 5040 per day for up to 4 Persons.includes GST.Bottled water,breakfast and all other services are available and will be seperately chargeable as per the Menu Card. Extra Person’s tariff Rs 840 Per Person.

Location
This Villa is located 35 meters away from the beautiful and largest backwater, “Lake Vembanad” in Kumarakom Village, Kerala State. This Villa is facing the Walkers Path and greeneries, you can also have a partial view of Lake Vembanad from the sit-out of the Villa. Lake Vembanad is accessible by walking up to the bank of the Lake. There is no sound or air pollution.

Two AC Bedrooms (But one bathroom)
It has two AC bedrooms, has basic comforts, and is moderately furnished to suit basic requirements. The first bedroom is small, the area of the bedroom is 110 Sq.Feet  and has one double coat, AC, fan, table and a chair. The Second bedroom is bigger, the area is 185 Sq. Feet., and have 2 Single Coats, AC, fan, attached bathroom with hot and normal water, shower, European closet & Cable TV. Bedrooms have only one entrance and are interconnected through a door that can also be locked from both sides.

Sit Out / Porch
There is a Porch to experience fresh air from Lake Vembanad,the area of the porch is 100 Sq. feet, which have 4 easy chairs, Teapoy & fan. The main view is towards the greenery and walkers’ path, but you can have a partial view of Lake Vembanad. The Sit out and part of the premises are covered on the top, for giving you more comfort, especially during the rainy season.

Premises
There will be a dining table just in-front of the Villa, food and beverages will be served there itself. Clean and tidy Premises right in front of the Villa. You can have daily walking and exercise in front of the Villa through the footpath.

Tariff, GST & Other Charges
Tariff includes GST only, therefore, bottled water, breakfast and all other services are separately chargeable, as per the Menu Card.

Check In & Check Out
Check In time starts from 1 Pm in the afternoon and Check Out time is before 11 Am in the morning, on the next day. Maximum hours of stay will be up to 22 hours only.

If You Check In Early, Then Check Out Should Be Early. If we have availability, we allow early check in, then the check-out should be early, that is before 22 hours.

Order Food In Advance As per the Menu Card.
Lunch before 10.30 Am in the morning.
Evening Snacks before 4.30 Pm in the afternoon.
Your dinner and the next day breakfast before 6 Pm in the evening.
Morning Coffee/ Tea from 7 Am.
Food and beverages will be served, in front of the Cottages and Rooms Or At The Dining Hall.

Healthy,Safe And Fresh Food
a)We use vegetables from our organic farm.
b)We don’t prepare food in advance without any order.
c)We never use ajinomoto,or any kind of taste makers, chemicals, colour, used oil etc for cooking.
d)We make the ingredients/masala for cooking under our supervision, such as chilli powder, turmeric powder coriander powder, coconut oil etc.

a) Open facilities for dining on the bank of Lake Vembanad.

c) Wheelchair accessibility to reach the cottages and throughout the property in one and a half acres of land.

e) Basic facilities for Swimming, in the lake, from the Bathing Ghat, if you know swimming, by wearing a Life Jacket, that also, at Your Own Risk.
f) Open Hall with the capacity up to 100 Persons for get-together and family meeting.

b) Fishing is also possible (Please bring your fishing rod & bait) but the fish that you may catch, should be released back to the Lake to create awareness for preserving nature.
c)  Use walkers’ path around the organic farm in the property for walking, jogging, exercise and to experience the whole property.
d)  Each Cottages & Rooms have a porch to do Yoga and to experience nature. We provide facilities, on request, in the open hall and on the banks of Lake Vembanad for yoga practice.
e) Experience the Organic farms, Vegetation, and fruit trees.
f) Backwater Cruising in Shikara, Houseboat & Speed Boat, starting from just in front of the Cottages.

Shikara Boat, Morning, or Sunset cruising. Cruising in a Houseboat from 2 to 8 hours with Welcome drink, Lunch & Evening Snacks. Speed Boat cruising from  minimum 1 Hour to more hours.

Dry Your Clothes:
Please don’t put your clothes on our furniture or infront of your Cottages to get it dried.
There is a separate place and facility to dry your clothes. Please ask at our office to find it out.

Parking Facility
Free Private and Safe Parking Facility Is Possible on Site (Reservation Is Not Needed) There is enough car parking facility for up to 40 cars.

Power and Solar Power
We have a 100 KVA Transformer on our property for meeting our power requirements. We also have a 40 KVA Diesel Cummins Generator for the backup. We have 5 KV Solar Panel (TATA) as further back up for running the fans and lights and 6 Solar Powered Water Heaters (V Guard) with back up, which gives hot water to all the guests.

Waste Management
We have a Biogas Plant to manage our entire food waste, Vermicompost and EM Compost manages regular waste of our property. Therefore, our property is clean and tidy.

Medical Help & Assistance
We arrange, if there is a requirement for medical help to any of our guests, during their stay with us.
