Each Lake-Facing Family Cottage is designed to accommodate four people and has two AC interconnected bedrooms. The First AC bedroom faces Lake Vembanad and has an area of 175 Sq. Feet. It has two single cots (Dimensions: each coat is 3 feet x 6.5 feet), an attached bathroom, a TV, and a Spacious sit-out area of 100 Sq. The Family Cottage, located 30 meters from Lake Vembanad, is designed to accommodate four people and features two air-conditioned interconnected bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious Sitting area with a greenery view.  The First bedroom has an area of  110 sq. Feet, with two single coats (Dimensions: each coat is 3 feet x 6.5 feet) and has AC and a fan. The second bedroom’s area is 185 sq. Feet. has 2 single coats, AC, fan, attached bathroom, and TV. Bedrooms have only one entrance and are interconnected through a door that can be locked from both sides. One Spacious Sit-out with 4 easy chairs and a fan to view the walker’s path and greeneries, a Partial view of the Lake from the sit-out of the Villa is possible. The lake is accessible by walking for around 30 meters.

b) We prepare the food (A to Z) only after placing the order.
c) We never use Ajinomoto, or any artificial flavorings, chemicals, colorings, used oil, etc., for cooking.
d) We prepare the ingredients/masala for cooking under our supervision, including chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and coconut oil.

Other Facilities

1) WIFI
We offer complimentary WIFI access to our guests, which is accessible from the porch or sit-out areas of our Cottages, Villas, and Rooms. The anticipated average speed is approximately 50 Mbps; however, intermittent connectivity issues may arise. We recommend that guests make contingency WIFI arrangements, such as Jio,VodaphoneIdea, or BSNL 4G Sim/Connections, to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

2) TV Channels
We typically provide access to free channels. However, if you have a need to include one to three paid channels, we kindly request that you notify us by 5 PM in the evening.(Please Note: We do not provide TV facility to Standard Rooms & Budget Rooms)

3) Dry Your Clothes
We provide a separate and private place for your clothes to get dried under the Sun. please don’t put your clothes on chairs and other furniture to get it dried under the sun.

4) Generally, We Don’t Allow Pets In Our Property
Pets are generally not permitted on our premises due to the necessity for additional cleaning and concern for the staff and other guests in the property, arising from it’s presence. Consequently, a minimum fee of Rs 8,40 per day per pet is applicable to accommodate the supplementary cleaning requirements associated with pets residing in or outside of guest rooms. Pet owners must ensure their animals remain within control and confined to their respective rooms so as not to disrupt other guests or compromise the peace of mind of others.

5) Car Parking
Free private parking is available on-site at the owner’s risk. No reservation is needed.

6) Charging facilities for Electric Vehicles.

Check In– Check Out
Check-In Time, from 1 P.m. & Check-Out Time, before 11 Am on the next day.

If You Require Early Check-In Or Late Check Out
If You Check In Early, Then The Check Out Should Be Early. If we have availability and allow early check-in, then check-out should be early, that is, before 22 hours. If you check out after 22 hours or check in early then, you must pay late checkout early check in charges.

Late Checkout
Maximum, Late Checkout time will be on the next day before 6 pm in the evening.
If we provide the same Cottage, provided the same Cottage is available on the next day, for providing the facility for your late check out by extending your stay up to 6 pm in the evening, then we will charge you 50% of the tariff including GST as an additional charge.
If the above cottage is not available on the required date, we will offer any other accommodation for late check-out as above. Then, the additional Tariff, including GST, will be 50% of the published tariff of the same Room, Cottage or Villa, as per our Website, www.klcottages.com.

Early Check-In
The Maximum Early Check-In time is on the arrival date, starting from 4 A.m.
If we provide the same Cottage/Room/Villa, provided the same accommodation is available, for providing the facility for your early check-in by extending your stay from 4 A.M. in the morning, then we will charge you 50% of the tariff, including GST, as an additional charge.
If the above Cottage/Room/Villa is not available on the required date, we will offer any other accommodation for early check-in as above. Then, the additional Tariff, including GST, will be 50% of the published tariff of the same Room, Cottage, or Villa, as per our Website, www.klcottages.com.
