Budget Houseboat will not have the above referred better facilities in all respect.
Hours, Food & Beverages.
Sight seeing cruising will be based on the number of hours that you may opt for cruising, the area of the cruising will be less if you take for 2 hours only, then you will be provided welcome drink.But if you take minimum 5 to 7 hours you can cruise through Lake Vembanad, Kumarakom and Alappuzha Backwaters with welcome Drink, Lunch & Evening Snacks with Coffee or Tea..
Deluxe Houseboats are available from 2 hours to 8 Hours in a day as per the availability. It is also available for more days as per the requirement of the guest. Houseboats will be available from 9.30 Am to 12 Noon, if the requirement is only for 2 Hours. Houseboats are usually available if the requirement is for minimum 5 hours.Then there will be welcome drink,Vegetarian or Non Vegetarian Lunch and Evening Coffee / Tea with Snacks, there will be an additional charge for the food and beverages.
Luxury Houseboats will be provided minimum for 5 hours and there will be more better facilities,cleanness, better furnishings, different menu,full time the facility of air conditioner in the bedroom and also in the sit Out / Porch of the Houseboat. Welcome drink,Vegetarian or Non Vegetarian Lunch and Evening Coffee / Tea with Snacks will be provided and the cost of the food and beverages will be part of the Package,
Sight Seeing Cruising
Backwater sight seeing cruising will be through Lake Vembanad, Kumarakom and Alappuzha Backwaters.If your Houseboat is available from north of Kumarakom and if you take for 5 hours cruising, then you can see Out Side View of Kumarakom Birds Sanctuary, Kumarakom Sight Seeing,View of Midnight Land ( Pathiramanal) Lunch Break,Thanneer Mukkham Bund (Thannermukkom Salt Water Barrier), Vechoor Cannal and back to the starting point. You will have to start your Cruising by 11 Am.
If you take for 7 Hours cruising, then you can have the sight seeing of Out Side View of Kumarakom Birds Sanctuary, Lake Vembanad, Kumarakom Sight Seeing,View of Midnight Land ( Pathiramanal) View of Lakeside Hotels & Resorts, R Block, C Block, Metran Kayal, Kutti Thodu, Lunch Break, Alappuzha Backwaters, Lake palace, Finishing Point, Punnamada, Lake Vembanad and back To the starting point. You will have to start your Cruising by 10 Am
