The main bedroom is basically furnished, with one family coat, one cable TV, intercom, easy chairs and with comfortable chairs. The second small bedroom is furnished with a small coat and there is a fan, which is suitable for children.
The main door opens to the sit out, facing beautiful lake vembanad ,ideal for relaxation, enjoyment, sightseeing and also for experiencing the sunset at the evening & moon set at the early morning. There is also pavements up to the lake, just in front of the cottage for relaxation,sight seeing and fishing. The Family Villa is having its own independent premises up to the lake with a bathing ghat, from there one can experience the water with the permission of the management and also with all the safety measures like life belt, life jacket etc. You can also get into the motorboat, speed boat and Houseboat from there itself.

Restaurant
You have to order for having lunch, evening snacks,dinner and for Breakfast.We never start preparation of the food before having the order from the Guests. We do provide only Safe & Healthy food from the Restaurant, so we don’t use Ajinomoto,any type of colour or any artificial products in the Cooking.We provide only natural food.

Children Policy And Extra Person
Up to two children below 5 years, can stay with the Parents without any additional charges. if they don’t require any extra facilities. But children above 5 years are considered as an extra person and extra person’s charges will be applicable. Extra Person can stay in Standard AC Rooms, Lakeside AC Cottages,Lakeside AC Family Cottages and in Lakeside Family Villa only.But Basic AC Room is only meant for 2 persons as the size of the bedrooms are around 100 Sq. feet only. Therefore extra person cannot be comfortable in the basic AC Room.
Pets Policy
Pets are not generally allowed in the entire property, But with Special & Specific Permission from the Management and as per the Special Conditions of the Management , We may give permission to keep the pets in the room of the guests.
Early Check In & Late Check Out will be Chargeable, depends upon availability and Prior Permission, as follows, Basic AC Rooms: Per Hour Rs 150, Standard AC Room Per Hour Rs 200, Lakeside AC Cottage Per Hour Rs 250, Lake Side AC Family Cottage Per Hour Rs 350,Lake Side AC Family Villa Per Hour Rs 275.
Cancellation Policy
*Postponement Or Preponement Will Be Offered , Against Cancellation Request By The Guest, Within The Period of 11 Months, Subject To Availability, But During Peak Season, Postponement Will Not Be Preferred. *Refund of The Tariff Cannot Be Given By Considering The Cancellation Request of The Guest, Under No circumstances. *Request of Cancellation Should Be Given By Email (klcottages@gmail.com) Before 3 Days Of The Check In, For Considering Postponement Or Preponement. *If The Cancellation Is Made Within 3 Days Before The Check In, Postponement Or Preponement Will Not Be Considered. No Refund of Tariff In Case of Cancellation, No Show And Late Check In.
